Career Tech Council-or CT Council-is the collaborative group that meets with the Career Pathway Support Network regularly to discuss, troubleshoot, and plan around all things career-technical education. Career-Tech Ed is lead in all areas of the state by CTPDs-Career Technical Planning Districts. These CTPDs are the foremost experts in executing career-technical education programming in career center settings and satellite programs in associate schools. This group convenes so the CPSN staff may hear issues that may be happening within CTE settings, share information from the state directly related to these curricular initiatives, and more.
CT Council is comprised of a representative from each of the regional CTPDs, typically in a curriculum leadership position. Many, if not all, topics discussed and resources shared at these meetings is regarding work the CPSN is involved with region-wide, and information to be disseminated to all CTE-interested parties.
