August 18, 2026 the Ohio Department of Education rolled out an updated and refreshed Career Connections Framework to guide districts in how to best-serve students with career awareness, exploration, preparation, and participation.
The new framework, career coaching handbook, and more digital tools to support this work can be found at the ODEW Career Connections website.
